The story behind the shed
Many of us in the city don’t have outdoor space at home, and these community gardens provide a calming space to read a book or, for me, sketch.
There is an old green shed on which someone had sprayed a tag. I couldn’t help but imagine redesigning those key parts of the garden and adding a joyful pop of colour to the space.
I reached out and painted the shed as a personal contribution to this lovely neighbourhood space.

“Martha painted an amazing mural in our community garden. She created incredible designs and worked with our group to create an art piece that will light up the space for years to come.”
