How it works

My mural painting process

Quick and easy

Free consultation

Each project begins by getting a good understanding of the mural that would work best for you and quickly sending over a quote for the work involved. I’m based in Brooklyn, New York and where possible like to visit the site (although I also work internationally). If you choose to go ahead, there is a deposit and a simple contract.

Thoughtfully

Designing the mural

Next, I create an inspiration moodboard to check we’re heading in the right direction. Then, I explore designs that would compliment your space (and if you’re a business I can bring in brand colours or design around your target customer). Often this includes a trip to my local botanic garden to sketch directly from nature and capture a little of it’s magic.

Collaborating

Mocking up and feedback

Before painting begins, I show you how the design would look in your space by creating a mockup in Adobe Photoshop. This gives you an opportunity to tweak any parts of the design before we start painting. Depending on the size of the project, there is normally one or two rounds of revisions included in the price.

Efficiently

Painting the mural

Next, the space will be prepped to protect any fixtures and flooring, and then the painting can begin. I use my 7 years of mural painting experience to ensure an efficient, stress-free experience.

The highest quality paints are used to ensure your mural lhas longevity, and for public art you also have the option to add an anti-graffiti protective layer.

The final reveal

Your new, enhanced space

Murals improve our experience of spaces, whether it’s giving your home the wow-factor with a unique design tailored to you, or place-making for your business.

On average 77% of businesses believe their murals have encouraged repeat customers, and 82% have seen a positive impact on their brand recognition.

At the end of each project, I reach out for a review, you can see what my clients have thought so far here.
